Marine Design

We are seeking an experienced Marina Designer with a strong background in marina design and construction. The ideal candidate will have advanced technical drawing skills, a thorough understanding of construction techniques, and the ability to produce high-quality designs using CAD software. This role requires a high level of precision, creativity, and collaboration within a small team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed marina designs and technical drawings in accordance with project specifications.
• Prepare accurate three-dimensional drawings using CAD software (AutoCAD or equivalent).
• Apply sound technical drawing principles, including scale, dimensions, and materials.
• Ensure designs comply with relevant building codes, standards, and regulations.
• Collaborate with team members, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver project outcomes.
• Identify and resolve design challenges with innovative and practical solutions.
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail throughout the design process.

Competencies

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in marina design and construction (preferable).
• Proven proficiency in CAD software, including 3D modelling.
• Strong understanding of technical drawing principles.
• In-depth knowledge of construction techniques, building codes, and regulations.
• High level of attention to detail and design accuracy.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills in a small team setting.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a creative mindset for overcoming design challenges.
