About the Role

  • The role of Virtual Assistant is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented and possesses excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • We are seeking an individual who can coordinate calendars, set up remote meetings with clients or team members, manage reminders and facilitate follow-ups.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and maintaining standardized templates for valuation reports, drafting initial sections, formatting documents and compiling financial modeling data.
  • This position requires an individual who can monitor and triage inquiries from prospective and current clients, draft standard responses, flag urgent items and escalate as needed.
  • Assistance in gathering supporting materials needed for valuations: company financials, market benchmarks, comparable company data, industry reports is a must.
  • Travel bookings, invoicing, expense logs, data entry, CRM updates and document filing are some of the administrative tasks that this role entails.
Skills & Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3-5 years' experience supporting consultants, analysts or project teams in a professional services or finance-adjacent environment is required.
  • The ideal candidate should be highly proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), comfortable with CRM tools, virtual meeting platforms and handling basic spreadsheet inputs.
  • Strong written English is essential, capable of drafting clear, professional correspondence and basic report content.
  • Exceptional multitasking, setting reminders, managing deadlines and following up without oversight are key qualities required for this role.
  • High accuracy in data entries and document formatting, along with the ability to critically check for consistency in reports, is also essential.
