Key Accountable Role

As a vital contributor, this position involves generating a high-quality sales pipeline by developing and executing structured outbound outreach initiatives. The role entails owning initial responses to inbound inquiries and booking discovery calls across both brands.

Responsibilities
  • Manage all incoming leads ensuring timely follow-up, triage, and next steps are coordinated.
  • Develop and execute targeted campaigns using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email, and strategic calling.
  • Qualify potential clients against established criteria, document detailed notes, and set clear objectives for each interaction.
  • Customize outreach efforts tailored to specific personas and brands while maintaining consistency with brand tone.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records including stages, fields, tasks, and activity logging.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance sequences, EDMs, and content utilization.
  • Provide regular reports on activities, meetings, conversion rates, and qualified sales leads per brand.

Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills; strong persuasion abilities.
  • Proven experience in SDR/BDR roles (B2B preferred) with strong objection-handling skills.
  • High level of organization, ability to switch contexts across multiple products/brands.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation tools, and call software.
