Key Accountable Role
As a vital contributor, this position involves generating a high-quality sales pipeline by developing and executing structured outbound outreach initiatives. The role entails owning initial responses to inbound inquiries and booking discovery calls across both brands.
Responsibilities- Manage all incoming leads ensuring timely follow-up, triage, and next steps are coordinated.
- Develop and execute targeted campaigns using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email, and strategic calling.
- Qualify potential clients against established criteria, document detailed notes, and set clear objectives for each interaction.
- Customize outreach efforts tailored to specific personas and brands while maintaining consistency with brand tone.
- Maintain accurate CRM records including stages, fields, tasks, and activity logging.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance sequences, EDMs, and content utilization.
- Provide regular reports on activities, meetings, conversion rates, and qualified sales leads per brand.
- Effective organization and prioritization across multiple products and brands.
- Sustained pipeline creation and meeting conversion rates.
- High-quality discovery and qualification processes.
- Clear, professional, and personalized communication.
- Strong CRM hygiene and adherence to best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal English skills; strong persuasion abilities.
- Proven experience in SDR/BDR roles (B2B preferred) with strong objection-handling skills.
- High level of organization, ability to switch contexts across multiple products/brands.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation tools, and call software.
