
Lead Generation Specialist

We're seeking a driven and resourceful SDR who can build a pipeline from scratch. If you're a natural connector, skilled at cold outreach across channels, and have experience booking high-quality appointments in the B2B space — we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing:- Sourcing Your Own Leads: You won't be handed a list. You'll take the lead on finding and qualifying potential clients by digging into LinkedIn, company websites, industry directories, and other online resources.
- Cold Outreach (Done Right): You'll be reaching out across email, phone, LinkedIn, and even SMS. No spammy templates — we're all about creative, personalized, and strategic touchpoints that actually get replies.
- Booking Appointments: Your goal is to schedule solid, qualified meetings for our sales team. You'll be speaking directly with decision-makers and getting time locked in on their calendar.
- Keeping Things Organized: You'll stay on top of your pipeline using a CRM or spreadsheet, making sure every interaction is logged, follow-ups are timely, and no lead falls through the cracks.
- Industry-Specific Messaging: You'll get familiar with how our interactive photo booth marketing solutions help businesses stand out — especially in hospitality, dental, beauty, and retail — and tailor your pitch accordingly.
- Proven SDR Experience: You've spent 2.5–5 years doing outbound B2B lead generation and appointment setting, ideally in industries like marketing, SaaS, or advertising.
- Fluent English, Confident Voice: You speak fluent, American-accent or neutral English, and you're confident talking to business owners or execs over the phone.
- Multichannel Outreach Pro: You've used tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, VoIP dialers, email outreach platforms, and CRMs. You know how to run your own outreach process and adapt it for different industries.
- Full-Cycle Prospecting: You're comfortable handling everything from identifying leads to securing the meeting. You know how to build a relationship across multiple touchpoints and keep the momentum going.
- Bonus: Experience targeting small to mid-sized business owners is a big plus.
