A permanent part-time opportunity exists for a skilled Customer Service Administrator to join an accounting firm in the Ipswich region.
We are seeking a proactive and organized individual with strong time management skills and a client service focus to provide high-level administrative support to a team of accounting professionals.
- Greet visitors and manage inbound enquiries via phone, SMS, and email
- Direct calls and take accurate messages
- Diary management and appointment scheduling
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processing
- Prepare and proofread correspondence and forms
- Maintain electronic records, including indexing documents into the retrieval system
- Track client records and liaise with clients regarding required information
- Provide general administrative support including filing and stationery management
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role (experience in a professional environment such as an accounting or legal firm is preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- A high level of attention to detail and strong organizational ability
- Confidence using a variety of systems and technology, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Flexibility to work additional hours when required to support business needs
- Permanent part-time role with core hours of 9:30am to 3:00pm (Monday to Friday) – flexibility to work additional hours when required
- On-site parking provided
