Customer Service Administrator

A permanent part-time opportunity exists for a skilled Customer Service Administrator to join an accounting firm in the Ipswich region.

We are seeking a proactive and organized individual with strong time management skills and a client service focus to provide high-level administrative support to a team of accounting professionals.

  1. Greet visitors and manage inbound enquiries via phone, SMS, and email
  2. Direct calls and take accurate messages
  3. Diary management and appointment scheduling
  4. Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processing
  5. Prepare and proofread correspondence and forms
  6. Maintain electronic records, including indexing documents into the retrieval system
  7. Track client records and liaise with clients regarding required information
  8. Provide general administrative support including filing and stationery management
Key Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role (experience in a professional environment such as an accounting or legal firm is preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • A high level of attention to detail and strong organizational ability
  • Confidence using a variety of systems and technology, including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Flexibility to work additional hours when required to support business needs
