Learning Experience Leader Role Overview

Create a positive and professional learning environment in our organization by designing and expanding training and development programs aligned with product-specific training methodologies and initiatives.

This role requires at least 1-2 years of experience in a related field, proficiency in Microsoft and Google applications, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Learning Experience Leader who will be responsible for:

  1. Fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.
  2. Designing and delivering training programs that meet the needs of employees and support business objectives.
  3. Collaborating with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop effective training solutions.
  4. Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making recommendations for improvement.
  5. Developing and maintaining relationships with external training providers and vendors.
  6. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft and Google applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex information.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
