Training Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to take on the role of Call Center Trainer, working with our remote team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct effective training sessions for trainees.
  • Collaborate with co-trainers, managers, and other leaders to achieve business objectives.
  • Identify training needs and develop plans based on operational goals.
  • Evaluate training materials and create action plans for improvement.
  • Review trainees' performance, provide coaching & feedback, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Maintain records and reports to track progress.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in training/handling a team.
  • Teaching experience is highly valued.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership, team building, organizational, and management skills.
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Ability to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions.
