Training Development Professional

We are seeking a dynamic Training Development Professional to design, deliver, and evaluate engaging training programs for our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of conducting training sessions, fostering skill development, and enhancing team performance.
The Training Development Professional will be responsible for developing, organizing, and delivering training programs (virtual and/or in-person) for new hires and existing team members. They will assess training needs, customize materials to address specific knowledge or skill gaps, and facilitate interactive and practical training sessions to enhance employee engagement and knowledge retention.
The successful Training Development Professional will also monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics. They will collaborate with department heads and managers to ensure training supports business goals and operational needs.
Maintaining up-to-date training materials and resources in alignment with industry best practices is a key responsibility of this role. Ongoing coaching and support to trainees post-training to ensure successful application of learned skills is also expected.
