Training Specialist

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Training Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and conducting training programs that improve the skills and knowledge of our staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Training Program Development:
  • Conduct research on current training methods, trends, and best practices to inform our training programs.
  • Design engaging and effective training materials, including manuals, guides, and presentation tools.
  • Develop comprehensive training needs analysis tools to identify areas for improvement.
Training Delivery:
  • Conduct training sessions for staff at all levels, from basic to advanced.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of training-related activities.
  • Provide support to staff in responding to queries and directing them to relevant resources.
Office Administration:
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of our training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Prepare reports on training turnout and assessment results.
  • Support the accreditation of new trainers and their preparation to conduct training programs.
  • Coordinate the dissemination of monthly training schedules to branches/offices.
  • Promote business growth through the dissemination of training information.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary education in a related field (e.g., Education, Psychology, Business).
  • Strong writing and oral communication skills.
  • Presentation and group facilitation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Significant experience in training and facilitation.
  • Knowledge of sales training, facilitation, and workplace assessment.
