Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a People Operations Coordinator. This role will play a crucial part in supporting the HR function by ensuring the smooth execution of HR processes, providing excellent customer service, and driving innovation in people operations.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver empathic and customer-focused experiences for all employees through collaboration with the people team.
  • Support employee inquiries and provide high-level customer service while considering innovative ways to advance our people operations backbone.

Employee Experience


  • Assist with pre-boarding, onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, employee change requests, and maintaining personnel records.
  • Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding sessions, ensuring a seamless experience for global teams spanning multiple regions.
  • Manage employee data in our HRIS system, ensuring accuracy and integrity while meeting employee experience requirements.

HR Administration


  • Implement rigorous QA processes for all data entry tasks to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Develop automation of HR processes to eliminate manual repetitive tasks and improve efficiency.
  • Own the People Confluence space and Human Resources Google drive, ensuring documents are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Maintain the People Ops playbook, documenting processes and links for easy reference.
  • Administer Lattice, including surveys, RAD review cycles, impact conversations, and other HR-related tasks.

Employee Relations


  • Provide 24-hour response time for Zendesk tickets, ensuring timely support for employee inquiries.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding people policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Assist with employee relations documentation, including disciplinary actions and performance management processes.

Qualifications and Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is desired.
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is necessary.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills are required.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and HRIS software; experience with Rippling or similar HRIS platforms is preferred.
