Job Title: People Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to fill the role of People Operations Coordinator. This position plays a vital part in supporting the Human Resources function by providing assistance with various people operations activities and ensuring the smooth execution of HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver an empathic and customer service-focused experience for all employees, embodying the company's commitment to exceptional service.
  • Provide timely and effective support to employee questions and inquiries, upholding the highest standards of customer service.
HR Administration:
  • Assist with the full employee lifecycle, encompassing pre-boarding, onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, employee change requests, and maintaining personnel records with precision.
  • Coordinate HR-related documentation, including employment contracts, offer letters, change letters, and correspondence, while ensuring accuracy and integrity.
  • Manage employee data within our HRIS system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Systems, Automation & Reporting:
  • Develop rigorous quality assurance processes to ensure accurate and reliable data entry.
  • Implement automation solutions to eliminate repetitive tasks and optimize HR process efficiency.
  • Oversee the People Confluence space and Human Resources Google Drive, ensuring that documents are current, accurate, and easily accessible.
Employee Relations:
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding People policies, procedures, and benefits, providing clear and concise guidance.
  • Assist with employee relations documentation, including disciplinary actions and performance management processes, in a fair and equitable manner.
