
Therapy Operations Coordinator

The role of a Member Experience Specialist is to enhance operational efficiency and expand access to transformative therapies. This includes driving results by rectifying inefficiencies, managing tasks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Patient coordination: scheduling virtual appointments, managing records, and coordinating follow-up communications.
- Administrative support: daily administrative tasks like call & email management, data entry.
- Customer service: providing prompt assistance via phone, email, and chat to resolve patient inquiries and issues.
- Medical records management: maintaining confidentiality and accuracy while updating patient records according to HIPAA regulations.
- Team collaboration: working with providers, technical support, and other team members for seamless patient care.
Requirements include:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in healthcare.
- Technical skills: Google Office Suite, telehealth platforms, electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Demonstrated customer service experience with a patient-centered approach.
- Understanding of HIPAA and patient privacy regulations.
