Organizational Development Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Organizational Development Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a passion for HR and operational excellence, excellent organizational skills, and a strong customer service orientation.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional employee experience by providing empathic and customer-focused support.
  • Assist with full employee lifecycle, including pre-boarding, onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, employee change requests, and maintaining personnel records.
  • Coordinate HR-related documentation, such as employment contracts, offer letters, change letters, and HR-related correspondence in HRIS systems.
  • Manage employee data in HRIS systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity and meeting employee experience processes.
  • Develop automation of HR processes to eliminate manual repetitive tasks.
  • Report on people initiatives, including surveys, performance reviews, and impact conversations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is desired.
  • 3–5 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and HRIS software.
