Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify customers' needs, research issues, and offer solutions or alternatives to ensure exceptional service.
  • Seize opportunities to upsell products and promote additional services when applicable.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers by going above and beyond their expectations.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years of customer-facing experience, preferably in a support role.
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent.
Competencies:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Flexibility with scheduling and the ability to work remotely.
