Are you looking for a challenging role that combines your passion for technology with excellent customer support skills?

We have an exciting opportunity for a Verification Support Agent to join our team.

As a Verification Support Agent, you will be responsible for contacting submitted leads to confirm their interest and forwarding qualified inquiries to the appropriate retailer.

You will also accurately update and categorize leads in the system, securely work with customers' sensitive information, and apply the latest and greatest customer happiness practices.

Additionally, you will maintain working knowledge of our client's products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contacting submitted leads to confirm their interest
  • Forwarding qualified inquiries to the appropriate retailer
  • Accurately updating and categorizing leads in the system
  • Securingly working with customers' sensitive information
  • Applying the latest and greatest customer happiness practices
  • Maintaining working knowledge of our client's products and services
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Fluent German and English (C1 written and spoken for both languages)
  • Previous experience in Customer Service or Marketing
  • Hands-on experience communicating with and following up on leads
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Positive and responsible attitude
  • Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
