
Exceptional Customer Support Professional

This role is centered around providing exceptional customer support to our clients, focusing on their payroll needs. As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and have experience in a fast-paced customer service environment. Relevant Australian payroll knowledge and prior exposure to customer experience within a SaaS environment are also highly desirable.

- Respond to and resolve customer inquiries related to our payroll platform in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the wider squad to provide best practice system use and education to all our customers.
- Proactively analyze product functionality and identify user error/system logic root causes by maintaining comprehensive awareness of product changes and enhancements.
- Conduct/triage customer support issues and assign to the appropriate team or resolve where possible.
- Educate customers across multiple channels (email, chat, phone) on how the platform can support their organizational workflow and people processes.
As a key member of our customer experience team, you will work closely with senior colleagues and the product team to escalate issues and contribute feature requests and Help Centre suggestions.

- 1-2 years experience with proven results in a fast-paced customer service/support environment across live chat and email.
- Relevant Australian payroll experience e.g. KeyPay/Employment Hero.
- Prior exposure to customer experience within a SaaS environment.
- Problem-solving skills with a sound and thorough approach to troubleshooting.
- Ability to manage competing priorities, working autonomously; requesting assistance when needed.
- Strong and polished verbal and written communication skills.
