Customer Service Representative

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role for someone who wants to make a difference in the lives of customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, answering inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

The ideal candidate will have experience in telecommunications, preferably in a BPO environment, and strong skills in Excel or Google Spreadsheets. A reliable internet connection is required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend to inbound and outbound calls, live chats, emails, and text messages from current clients.
  • Provide excellent customer service at each step, taking time to clearly answer questions and provide accurate information.
  • Answer customer inquiries and redirect appropriate customers to respective departments when needed.
  • Finding and implementing solutions for each customer, whether it's adjusting payment dates, processing early payments, or re-structuring loan terms.
  • Collect customer testimonials and handle reviews.
  • Assist with administration duties such as data entry, funding, and reports.
