Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced French-Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional support to French-speaking customers via multiple channels, utilizing excellent communication skills and a solution-focused approach.
  • Deliver outstanding support in French and English through voice and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with professionalism and urgency.
  • Build strong relationships by personalizing each interaction.
  • Collaborate with teammates to ensure consistent, high-quality service.
Requirements
  • 1+ year of remote/online experience in customer service or a similar role.
  • Experience with bilingual customer support is an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with E-Commerce and CRM systems is a plus.
  • Fluent in French and English.
Technical Requirements
  • Personal computer or laptop with a minimum i5 processor.
  • Stable internet connection with at least 15 Mbps upload and download speeds.
