Job Overview

As a key member of our team, we are seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to support an architecture manager with daily administrative tasks. This role requires excellent time management skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage emails, drafts, and urgent messages in a timely manner
  • Organize tasks and manage calendars to ensure smooth workflow
  • Maintain task management systems and follow up on pending items to meet deadlines
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate project timelines to ensure successful outcomes
  • Assist with document organization and report preparation to provide accurate information
  • Ensure efficient workflow by handling administrative duties and providing exceptional support to the architecture manager
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an executive assistant or project coordinator role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience with email management and task management software, such as ClickUp or Asana
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with architectural terminology and workflows is highly desirable
  • Experience using task management software such as ClickUp or Asana is an asset
  • Background in architecture or a related industry is a significant advantage
