About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Associate to join our team in Alabang Westgate. As a key member of our Retail Banking team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store and division office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a liaison between the store and division office, coordinating communication and logistics.
  • Dispatch relieving staff and manage scheduling requirements in a timely manner.
  • Screen and ensure completeness and accuracy of documents submitted for approval and transmit them confidentially.
  • Maintain the supervisor's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Attend meetings, prepare minutes, and generate accurate reports within agreed turn-around times.
Requirements
  • Holder of a Bachelor's Degree
  • We welcome applications from candidates regardless of prior work experience.
  • Proficient in computer applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Possesses a professional demeanor with excellent communication skills, reliability, trustworthiness, and a proactive, personable approach.
