Job Title: Payroll Associate

The Payroll Associate will be based in Parkway, Alabang and will be responsible for the payroll processing of the executives/officers of Filinvest Group of Companies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Payroll Administration: Timely and accurate end-to-end payroll processing of all executives of Filinvest Group of Companies.
  • Collect approved timesheets and enter data in the payroll software (Ramco, PayAssist & PayPlus).
  • Obtain payroll LOIs necessary approvals/signatures, as required and ensure accurate submission of related text files to partner bank branches.
  • Coordinate with partner bank to facilitate the crediting of executives payroll to their payroll bank account.
  • Provide payslip of executives on time.
  • Benefits Administration: Collect, update and monitor liquidation of expense account.
  • Prepare Certificate of Employment and Compensation.
  • Reporting: Support in the preparation and submission of month-end (schedules) and year-end reportorial requirements (BIR 2316 and Alphalist).
  • Assist in other ad hoc reports.
  • Records Keeping and Maintenance: Maintain an efficient payroll records management for easy access/retrieval.
  • Ensure that all payroll information is kept up to date and filed appropriately so that all records remain accurate and accessible.
  • Treat and maintain all payroll information and human resources related activities in the strictest and highest level of confidentiality.
  • Others: Ability to interact with all employees in a respectful manner ensuring courtesy, patience and understanding in addressing payroll related queries.
  • Perform other tasks as may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting or business related course.
  • At least 4+ years of related experience in payroll processing.
  • Solid exposure in HRIS or payroll software, preferably RAMCO.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent organization skill, time management and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize, plan and organize work in order to meet tight deadlines.
  • Mature and self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Multi-tasking abilities and can work under pressure.
  • Data Entry Management and reporting skill.
  • Can keep/preserve confidential information.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
