A key member of our team, the Branch Admin Officer plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our branch locations. Reporting directly to the manager, this individual is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the branch, including administrative tasks, customer service, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of branch transactions, including sales, inventory, and customer interactions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving supplies, and maintaining accurate records of stock levels.
  • Assist with marketing activities, including promotional events and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the Accounts Payable department to ensure timely payment of vendor invoices.
  • Prepare and submit reports on branch performance, including sales data and customer feedback.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
