Job Summary

Filinvest Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Associate to support the Registration Team in ensuring the smooth processing of documentary requirements for Certificate Authorizing Registration, Transfer Certificate of Title, and Tax Declaration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare accurate documentary requirements, ensuring the accuracy of dockets and endorsing them for Bureau of Internal Revenue/Registry of Deeds/Assessors Office filing.
  • Qualify accounts for Real Property Tax (RPT), Creditable Withholding Tax (CWT), and Documentary Stamp Tax (DST), requesting payments, endorsing accounts, and liaising with service providers.
  • Encode RPT receipts in the system, prepare receipts for liquidation, and perform other administrative tasks assigned by the Team Lead.
  • Send daily productivity reports to the Team Lead and work closely to ensure departmental targets are met, new processes are learned, and technology is utilized effectively.
  • Regularly provide feedback to the Team Lead on process issues and concerns.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
