Key Job Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner Manager to join our Human Resources team. This role serves as a trusted advisor to business leaders, offering strategic HR guidance and driving initiatives that align with business objectives. The ideal candidate is an experienced HR leader with strong interpersonal skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for organizational development and employee success.

The successful candidate will develop and maintain strong relationships with business leaders to understand goals and challenges. They will provide strategic HR guidance that drives performance, engagement, and workforce alignment.

They will also lead change management efforts, including organizational structure changes and policy reviews. The goal is to ensure initiatives align with business priorities and support long-term growth.

The candidate will support managers in establishing effective performance management practices. They will provide coaching and guidance to improve team and individual performance.

Additionally, the candidate will act as a trusted advisor and mediator for employee relations matters. They will conduct investigations and recommend fair and consistent resolutions for grievances and disciplinary actions.

They will design and implement engagement programs that boost morale, recognition, and company culture. The candidate will analyze employee feedback and recommend initiatives to improve workplace satisfaction.

They will interpret and enforce HR policies and ensure compliance with local employment laws and company regulations. The candidate will provide timely guidance to leaders and employees on complex HR matters.

Finally, the candidate will leverage HR data and metrics (e.g., attrition, survey results, employee sentiment) to identify trends and drive decisions. They will present actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
