About the Role
This position is a pioneering opportunity within our new SBC Affiliate – a joint venture between Security Bank Corporation, a leading universal bank in the Philippines, and Mitsubishi Motors Corporation, a global automobile company based in Japan.
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for analyzing portfolio trends to improve credit risk management. This role ensures compliance with credit policies, enhances credit underwriting efficiencies, and proposes risk-based innovations that drive portfolio quality in support of business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and approve deviation cases while ensuring alignment with the company's policies.
- Monitor portfolio performance and recommend adjustments to improve risk-adjusted returns.
- Identify trends in delinquencies, approvals, and rejection reasons to strengthen risk mitigation strategies.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in credit risk management and underwriting, preferably in auto financing or consumer lending.
- Strong experience in credit analysis, deviation approvals, and portfolio risk monitoring.
