We are seeking a talented Business Growth Specialist to drive revenue expansion and foster meaningful relationships with B2B clients.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and marketing, along with proven lead generation skills and the ability to build effective client connections.
Cultivate new business opportunities and nurture relationships with potential clients in the B2B sector.
Conduct market research to identify prospects, industries, and growth opportunities.
Pursue outreach through calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate leads and secure appointments.
Prepare and deliver proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
Foster collaboration with internal teams to align strategies and ensure a seamless sales process.
Utilize AI tools to enhance lead generation, outreach, and reporting.
Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and progress using CRM or tracking tools.
Proven work experience as a Business Development or similar sales-focused role.
Solid background in sales and marketing, with B2B experience preferred.
Expertise in lead generation and appointment setting.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Familiarity with AI tools for sales/marketing automation is a plus.
Experience working with North American clients is an advantage.
Knowledge of the Plastic Industry is a plus.
Highly organized, self-driven, and results-oriented with the ability to work independently.
