Role Overview:

The Franchise Growth Specialist is an integral part of our expansion efforts, tasked with engaging prospective franchisees and qualifying their interest in our process. This role plays a vital supporting role to the growth of our business, leveraging high-volume outbound calls and effective communication skills.

This individual will work closely with leadership and delivery managers to ensure alignment with franchise development goals, providing administrative and client engagement support as needed. Key responsibilities include:

  • Making high-volume daily outbound calls to warm franchise leads using pre-approved scripts
  • Qualifying prospects and scheduling follow-up calls or meetings with franchise development managers
  • Maintaining accurate records of all outreach and prospect engagement in CRM tools
  • Supporting additional day-to-day activities as needed, including lead engagement, appointment scheduling, and basic reporting

Requirements:

  • Native-level English proficiency and excellent communication skills
  • Experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, or franchise/business development for international clients
  • Proven ability to handle high-volume call targets while maintaining professionalism and accuracy
