Purchasing Staff Coordinator

Sourcing and Maintaining Supplier Information is a critical function within LE BRON CONSTRUCTION. This role involves effectively canvassing items from suppliers, recording and compiling a Suppliers List, updating contact and bank information of suppliers, receiving and processing purchase orders, and making timely payments to suppliers.
The Purchasing Staff will be responsible for preparing purchase orders, submitting them to requestors for final checking, and coordinating with engineers and warehousemen to ensure delivered items are correct and complete.
An essential aspect of this role is the ability to collect sales invoices and receipts from purchases, as well as performing other tasks related to the position. Experience in the construction industry is highly valued, but not mandatory.
