We are seeking a detail-oriented Operational Staffing Coordinator to optimize the scheduling and performance of our voice-based customer service operations at Neksjob.

As an Operational Staffing Coordinator, you will be responsible for forecasting and planning to ensure adequate staffing levels. This involves analyzing historical call volume data and trends to develop accurate forecasts, collaborating with management to understand business changes that may impact call volume, and adjusting forecasts accordingly.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of workforce management principles, experience with call center metrics, and a passion for enhancing customer satisfaction through effective resource allocation.

Beyond forecasting and planning, your responsibilities will include creating and managing staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage for voice-based customer service operations, utilizing workforce management tools to optimize scheduling, taking into account employee availability, skills, and preferences.

You will also be responsible for monitoring call center performance in real-time, adjusting staffing levels and schedules as needed to meet service level agreements (SLAs), identifying and addressing any service level issues promptly, collaborating with team leaders and agents.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will generate and analyze performance reports, including key metrics such as average handle time, service levels, and agent productivity, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve operational efficiency and customer service quality.

This role requires close collaboration with team leaders and operational management to align staffing strategies with business goals, engaging with training and quality assurance teams to ensure that staff are equipped to handle customer interactions effectively.

To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.

A proven track record of experience in workforce management, particularly in a voice-based call center environment, is essential, as well as proficiency in workforce management software and reporting tools.

Your analytical skills should enable you to interpret data and make informed decisions, and you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on collaboration.

Knowledge of call center metrics and performance indicators is also highly desirable.
