Job Description

This role is ideal for administrative professionals with strong organizational skills who enjoy working independently. As a Sales Administrator - Custom Apparel Division, you will be responsible for processing repeat orders for existing clients using Xero and supplier websites, calculating pricing using established markup matrices based on order quantities, liaising with clients regarding quotes and order specifications, coordinating with graphic design team for mockups and visual presentations, placing orders with suppliers through provided online portals, managing order documentation through Google Docs systems, creating and sending invoices to clients, recommending appropriate embellishment techniques based on client needs, tracking and processing orders through internal systems for embroidery and screen printing departments, and communicating with office team via video link for questions and guidance.


The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of administrative or customer service experience, strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, proficiency with Xero accounting software, experience with Google Workspace (particularly Google Docs), ability to work independently while maintaining clear communication with the team, strong organizational skills, and basic understanding of pricing and markup calculations.
