ERP Coordinator Role

As an ERP Order Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting order entry, tracking, and operations management within our organization.

Responsibilities include:

  • Input, manage, and track customer orders within our enterprise resource planning system.
  • Coordinate order status and changes with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflows.
  • Monitor production timelines to flag potential delays or issues that may impact order fulfillment.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records of orders and shipments for future reference.
  • Support internal collaboration to ensure all teams are aligned on fulfillment timelines, enabling effective teamwork and streamlined processes.
  • Identify recurring process inefficiencies and propose solutions to enhance order flow and accuracy within the ERP system.
  • Collaborate with our international team during EST working hours to foster strong relationships and resolve any queries efficiently.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent understanding of ERP systems, including SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
  • Superb English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills to maintain order accuracy and efficiency.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing deadlines effectively.
  • Comfortable working U.S. hours (EST) in a remote setting, utilizing technology to stay connected and productive.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Experience in the flexible packaging industry.
  • Familiarity with U.S.-based manufacturing or supply chain processes.
  • Prior experience working with remote or international teams, promoting cross-cultural understanding and collaboration.
  • Background in process improvement or operations analysis, driving business growth through data-driven insights.
Additional Information
  • Flexible compensation structure based on experience.
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM EST or 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Night shift PHT)
  • Independent contractor employment type.
