We are seeking a highly skilled Print Production Coordinator to fill a key role in our organization. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in the print industry, particularly in short-run printing.

The Print Production Coordinator will be responsible for efficiently managing print orders for our online printing services, coordinating with clients to ensure their print requirements are met, and overseeing the production process to ensure quality and accuracy.

The successful candidate will also be proficient in using software tools such as Excel and QuickBooks, familiar with various art programs for print file preparation, and possess strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage print orders for online printing services
  • Coordinate with clients to meet their print requirements
  • Oversee the production process to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Utilize tools such as Excel and QuickBooks for order processing and financial tracking
  • Maintain and organize data related to print orders and customer information
  • Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
