Job Overview

Leading IT professionals in managing bank operations, focusing on collections and loan management. Effective collaboration with stakeholders, outside service providers and employees ensures smooth execution of work according to established standards.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure productivity and aid in achieving the loan budget and flow rates.
  2. Lead the Collections Unit team to ensure accomplishment of high-quality tasks within set timelines, productivity, efficiency, and collective employee goals.
  3. Formulate, develop and implement policies, procedures and directives for meeting bank targets and product support requirements.
  4. Implement innovative solutions for improving work processes, meeting internal and external customer expectations and increasing productivity.
  5. Approve necessary transactions and documents based on authorized authority limits.
  6. Develop a professional relationship with OSP owners/managers and direct strategies to achieve mutual goals.
  7. Maintain an environment that promotes the bank's mission, vision, values and culture while developing future leaders within the organization.
