Job Title: IT Leader

We are seeking a seasoned technology executive to drive our digital transformation and lead the development of innovative solutions.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute an IT vision aligned with our business goals, driving strategic growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable IT solutions that meet business needs.
  • Leverage industry trends and technologies to enhance our digital ecosystem, including SAP implementations, BI tool rollouts, and HRIS/system integrations.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree or MBA is an asset.
  • At least 10 years of experience in IT leadership, preferably within FMCG, pharmaceutical, or startup/scale-up environments.
  • Proven track record in SAP implementation, BI tool rollout (especially Power BI), and HRIS/system integration.
  • Strong background in automation, process improvement, and scalable tech architecture.
  • Strategic thinking and strong business acumen.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive execution in dynamic environments.
