Job Title: Process Execution Specialist

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team to implement and execute processes that achieve productivity, timeliness, and quality success measures.

About the Role

This is an opportunity to work in a leadership capacity and provide guidance and support to team leaders and members. The role involves monitoring and assessing operational methods and processes to propose improvements.

Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Providing guidance and leadership to team leaders and members to achieve customer and business outcomes.
  • Leading the team to implement and execute processes to achieve productivity, timeliness, and quality success measures.
  • Monitoring and assessing teams' operational methods and processes to propose ways to improve them.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A Bachelor's degree; a Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
  • Experience in costing activities and order management systems.
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience in a leadership capacity.
  • Customer-oriented skills with the ability to establish strong relationships and interact effectively with customers.
  • Above-average interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Able to effectively adopt/adapt information technology to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Good knowledge of shipping business and processes.
