Job Summary

A seasoned leader with a passion for data-driven insights is sought to oversee our reporting operations, manage a team of analysts, and deliver strategic dashboards that inform business decisions.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain high-performance analytics solutions aligned with key performance indicators
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for executive stakeholders
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance reporting capabilities across Sales, Marketing, and Operations
  • Manage a team of 5-10 analysts and ensure consistent reporting standards
  • Conduct regular audits to enforce data quality standards and optimize analytics processes
  • Translate complex data into actionable recommendations that drive business growth
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in reporting or data leadership roles
  • Advanced skills in Power BI and SQL
  • Proven track record of managing data teams and presenting to executives
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Asana)
