Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve customer support tickets efficiently and effectively.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues related to SQL, Linux, networking, and VPNs.
  • Collaborate with utility clients to achieve outstanding outcomes.
  • Provide timely after-hours/holiday support when needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in SQL, production environments, and client support.
  • Proficiency in Linux OS support and network administration.
  • Familiarity with relational databases (Oracle/PostgreSQL).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
