About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and technical expertise.

You will work closely with our development team to identify and resolve technical issues, and provide top-notch support to our customers via live chat and tickets.

  • Troubleshooting technical challenges and simplifying complex issues into actionable steps
  • Collaborating with our development team to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Contribution to different teams or projects that enhance the customer experience

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong knowledge of web hosting fundamentals (domains, DNS, emails, control panels)
  • Experience in customer support in tech or SaaS environments, preferably through live chat
