Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to provide expert-level support for our cloud-based platform, primarily hosted on AWS/Azure.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting large-scale deployments of our services across enterprise environments, analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving product issues efficiently, as well as reviewing and validating HTML/XML templates based on client needs.

This role requires a strong foundation in technical support, with a proven track record of providing world-class support to high-profile clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and documentation skills, as well as proficiency in AWS services, CLI, and management tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert-level support for our cloud-based platform
  • Manage and support large-scale deployments of our services
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve product issues efficiently
  • Review and validate HTML/XML templates

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in technical or software support, ideally in a SaaS or cloud-based environment
  • Proficiency in AWS services, CLI, and management tools
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in web environments
  • Complete fluency in English
