Job Title: IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Support Specialist to join our team.

Job Description:

The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support to internal and external customers, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and escalating complex problems to senior engineers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of computer systems and networks, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to internal and external customers via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues using various diagnostic tools and techniques.
  • Escalate complex problems to senior engineers as needed.
  • Document all technical issues and resolutions in our knowledge base.
  • Stay up-to-date with new technologies and advancements in the field.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong understanding of computer systems and networks.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office, MS Exchange, and MS Windows networks.
  • Languages: English and local languages of the countries we support.
