We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support group, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical assistance to our clients.

The ideal candidate will have 1.5+ years of experience in a service desk environment, with a strong knowledge of supporting Microsoft technologies including MS Office suite, Exchange Office 365, and Windows 10. Additionally, they will have the ability to support networking issues including cabling and wireless, remote access connectivity (VPN), IP telephony and mobile devices.

We also value candidates who have exposure to Ticketing Tools and Active Directory, as well as excellent technical and troubleshooting skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft technologies including MS Office suite, Exchange Office 365, and Windows 10.
  • Ability to support networking issues including cabling and wireless, remote access connectivity (VPN), IP telephony and mobile devices.
  • Exposure to Ticketing Tools and Active Directory.
  • Excellent technical and troubleshooting skills.
