Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our clients and ensuring their computer systems and peripherals are functioning optimally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance via phone, email, or on-site visits to resolve client issues related to PC hardware, software, printers, scanners, modems, USB devices, projectors, and other computer-related peripherals.
  • Perform network-related tasks, including connectivity testing, network problem isolation, LAN cable wiring and termination, and troubleshooting.
  • Aid administrators during remote troubleshooting activities by providing visible and audible onsite server availability.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, including issue resolution and follow-up actions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction with our services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve technical issues, improve processes, and enhance overall client experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends to provide cutting-edge support solutions.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Computer Technician and Systems Management or equivalent
  • At least one year of experience in supporting end-user technical concerns
  • Relevant work experience (call center agent, PC support, computer technician, etc.)
  • Certifications such as Certified Windows Professional, CompTIA A+
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and email systems
