Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and administration, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Support management and line managers in day-to-day administrative tasks and HR operations.
  • Maintain relationships with law enforcement agencies.
  • Write administrative and HR letters and emails, ensuring compliance with HR issues such as planning, recruitment, training, and policy development.
  • Resolve technician/labour compliance issues and follow up on them.
  • Counsel employees and handle grievances.
  • Ensure employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health.
  • Address administrative problems and resolve them efficiently.
  • Verify regional office rent, utility, and bill payments.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Proven experience in General HR, Recruitment & Selection, Compensation/Benefits/Attendance/Leave Management, Training & Development, Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct, HRIS/HR Database Management, Performance & Career Management.
  • Excellent computer skills, particularly in MS Office package (MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Self-motivated and willing to travel nationwide for company HR-related activities.
  • Ability to deliver high-quality work under pressure.
  • Capacity to work on a 24X7 recall roster.
  • Strong work ethic, intelligence, and integrity.
