Job DescriptionOversee end-to-end recruitment & deployment
Manage documentation & onboarding of workers
Ensure labor law compliance & policy adherence
Supervise & mentor HR/recruitment staff
Coordinate with clients on staffing needs
Handle employee relations & resolve issues
Maintain HR reports & internal records
Build employer brand & recruitment pipeline

Knowledge of DOLE, SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth compliance
Experience in onboarding, contract processing & documentation
Ability to handle disciplinary actions, mediation & policy enforcement
Client coordination & project monitoring skills
Understanding of timekeeping, attendance & basic payroll
Training support & performance tracking abilities
Excellent communication, leadership & multitasking skills
Proactive, responsible & results-driven attitude
Experience in a manpower agency or outsourcing firm is a plus
Fluent in English and Filipino
