Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Business Partner at Vikings Group of Companies in ASEANA, Parañaque. The Human resources Business Partner will be responsible for managing HR policies, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor & employment laws. Additionally, they will oversee performance management processes within the organization.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner
  • Experienced in various areas of HR such as but not limited to: Organizational Development, Employee Engagement, Labor Relations, Talent Management and Development, Compensation and Benefits, and Project Management
  • Experience in the hospitality or food industry is a plus
  • Must be amenable to work in ASEANA, Parañaque
  • Can start as soon as possible
