Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and emotionally intelligent professional to fill the role of HR Generalist.

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting U.S.-based companies in healthcare or operations, with excellent spoken and written English skills.

About the Role
  1. Clinical Administration and People Operations (approximately 50% of role):
    • First point of contact for clinic staff regarding schedules, time off, or pay
    • Coordinate shift coverage during PTO, sick leave, or call-offs
    • Log and enter PTO, track attendance, and manage staff schedules
    • Prepare and submit payroll data through our PEO platform (biweekly)
    • Assist on-site staff in tracking and ordering office and medical supplies
    • Escalate complex or sensitive HR issues to PEO for assistance
  2. Business and Sales Support (approximately 30% of role):
    • Track key client renewal dates and prepare employer reports
  3. General Admin Support (approximately 20% of role):
    • Assist with job postings and interview scheduling
    • Respond to routine internal or patient-facing questions
    • Help document and maintain internal SOPs
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Must have experience supporting U.S.-based companies in healthcare or operations
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying and solving problems
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage internal team dynamics professionally
  • Proficient with Google Workspace, Canva, and basic CRM tools, healthcare records and billing software
