We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients. You will work closely with our management team to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of service.
As an IT Support Specialist, you will be expected to:
- Provide technical support and assistance to clients via phone, email, and in-person.
- Identify and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems.
- Communicate complex technical information to non-technical staff and clients.
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and advancements in the field.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of PC/Laptop hardware components and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in operating systems: Mac, Linux, Windows.
- Experience with Windows networking, LAN/WAN, DNS, TCP/IP, firewall administration, and mobile devices.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Other Responsibilities:
In addition to providing technical support and assistance, you will also be responsible for:
- Contribute ideas, solutions, and updates to the IT knowledge base.
- Build strong working relationships with the Management team, clients, and team members.
- Manage and follow through on open tickets to ensure proper response, documentation, and satisfactory resolution, keeping stakeholders updated on status and resolution times.
- Evaluate current and upcoming hardware and software standards for possible utilization.
- Participate in IT projects and initiatives as assigned by the IT Manager.
