Leadman Electrician

TEAM SUPERVISION AND MANAGEMENT:

· Supervise and manage a small team of up to 6 manpower, including electricians and helpers, to ensure efficient workflow, productivity, and safety.

· Assign tasks, provide direction, and oversee work activities to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and quality standards.

TECHNICAL EXPERTISE:

· Demonstrate mastery of all tasks and responsibilities of an Electrician 3, including electrical installations, wiring, troubleshooting, and repairs.

· Perform actual survey for layout, take off material requirements, and assist in planning and organizing work activities as required.

COORDINATION AND COMMUNICATION:

· Collaborate closely with the Electrical Foreman, project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to coordinate work activities, resolve issues, and ensure project objectives are met.

· Maintain open communication channels and provide regular updates on work progress, challenges, and resource requirements.

QUALITY ASSURANCE:

· Assist in implementing quality control measures and inspection procedures to verify the quality and integrity of electrical installations and workmanship.

· Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.

SAFETY COMPLIANCE:

· Enforce adherence to safety regulations, company policies, and industry best practices to maintain a safe working environment for the team.

· Conduct safety briefings, toolbox talks, and training sessions to promote safety awareness and compliance with safety protocols.

PROFILE OF JOB / POSITION HOLDER

EDUCATIONAL ATTAINMENT:

· High school diploma or equivalent. Additional technical training or certification as an Electrician is required.

· Registered Master Electrician is preferred but not required.

PASSED LEADMAN REQUIREMENTS:

· Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience as an Electrician 3 or in a similar role in electrical construction or related field.

· Successfully passed all requirements of Electrician 3 and trade test for Leadman conducted by the Foreman and approved by the Project Manager.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

· Mastery of all tasks and responsibilities of an Electrician 3, including electrical installations, wiring, troubleshooting, and repairs.

· Proficiency in performing layout surveys, material take-offs, and other technical tasks related to electrical construction.

LEADERSHIP ABILITIES:

· Ability to supervise and manage a small team of up to 6 manpower, ensuring efficient workflow, productivity, and safety.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with team members, stakeholders, and management.

Pay: Php19, Php24,000.00 per month
