Customer Service Technical Specialist

We are seeking a skilled technical support professional to provide exceptional assistance and customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide prompt and accurate resolutions through Zendesk tickets and calls.
- Handle incoming phone calls to troubleshoot customer issues with empathy and clarity.
- Address a wide range of inquiries, including hardware setup, software functionality, troubleshooting, and best practices.
- At least 2-3 years of technical support experience.
- Previous experience troubleshooting hardware and software remotely is required.
- Strong English language written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues in a clear and concise manner.
