We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Support Specialist to join our team. As a trusted partner, you will be responsible for providing expert litigation support services to law firms across the US.

Main Responsibilities
  • Diligently review and summarize extensive records, including medical documents, financial reports, and case files, ensuring timely delivery for an average of 20 active cases.
  • Develop and prepare comprehensive responses to discovery requests, encompassing form interrogatories, special interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admissions.
  • Organize and compile critical information, evidence, witness statements, document logs, spreadsheets, charts, etc., to facilitate in-depth analysis and attorney review.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • At least one year of experience in litigation support services.
  • A minimum of three years of expertise in business process outsourcing (BPO).
  • Two years of night shift work experience.
